Each week we plan a few social and cultural activities in the afternoons or occasional evening.
You will get to know other students better, experience more of British and Cambridge culture, and have the perfect opportunity to practise your English. Our activities are led by our teachers and office staff.

Many of the activities are free, but for some there is an extra cost of £5-15. Some examples of activities we regularly organise.
- Visits to a museum, church or Cambridge University college
- Afternoon tea in a café or baking our own scones in school
- Playing board games & quizzes
- Punting on the river Cam
- Lunchtime Bible discussion
- Train trip to the cathedral city of Ely
- Going to the cinema
- The Botanic Gardens
- Karaoke, Ten-Pin bowling or ‘Clip n Climb’
- International lunch
- Photo challenge around Cambridge
- Pub lunch
- Indoor or outdoor sports and dancing
- Art & craft
At weekends we offer trips with a local tour operator to other cities such as London, Oxford, Brighton, Bath, Stratford, York & Stonehenge. These cost around £50 per day trip.
